Ordinary People, Remarkable Stories

Performing Tribute is a theatrical presentation that weaves together the perspectives of five individuals who were separately yet directly impacted by the events of 9/11— family members who lost loved ones; survivors who lived through the bombing of the WTC in 1993 and the attacks on September 11, 2001; an evacuated resident who lived on Liberty Street; FDNY firefighters who responded on September 11, 2001, and a New Jersey resident who volunteered during the recovery. Performing Tribute is performed by the actual people whose lives were impacted by 9/11.  The script is also available as a way for community organizations and schools to commemorate September 11th, 2011.
